Returns and Repairs

Jewelry and the Stones need to be handled with a certain degree of care.  And, with that said, we are pleased to offer the following return and repair policy.
Returns:  If, within the 90 days of having purchased your jewelry, you do not feel that it has met your expectations, you can feel free to return it for full credit of the purchase price.

Should there be a malfunction of any clasp or connecting segment of the piece within that first year, please return it to Be Unlimited.  It will either be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

Shipping

As all of our jewelry is hand created, it takes approximately one week from date of your order to shipment of your order.

Orders shipped within the United States

Free USPS Priority shipping on orders over $100

Orders under $30 are shipped by USPS First Class (3-7 days delivery). All others are shipped by USPS Priority (2-3 days delivery).

For faster arrival of your package, you can choose Express Mail.  Please note such request in the comment section of your order.  The additional charge will be created to your payment at time of mailing.  Shipping Price for USPS EXPRESS Mail for overnight delivery (2 days guaranteed): $17.50 

Orders Shipped outside the United States

Shipping Charge for International Orders will be a flat $15.00.

Most European countries are allowed to make an order and submit it through the online shopping cart. Payment may be made by credit card and PayPal. An automatic shipping charge will be added, and the package will be sent by one of the USPS International methods. Tracking or insurance will be included on orders of $100 or more. Smaller orders will not have tracking or insurance.
